During our Japanese Culture seminar, we went to many interesting places. It was relatively interesting despite my own lack of interest prior to coming to Japan. I’m glad to have had the opportunity to see so many interesting places, though.

日本文化の授業でさまざなま面白いところに行った。実は、日本へ来る前に僕は興味があまりなかったが、面白かったである。　この機会のことにうれしいです。

文化について一番楽しいことはぜひ山鹿市。山鹿市に古い劇場に行った。日本の劇場とアメリカの劇場は本当に違う。そのためで気になった

As far as culture goes, the most interesting place we went was Yamaga City. At Yamaga, we went to an old playhouse. Japanese and American playhouses are really different, which interested me.

Aside from Yamaga, we also went to the mountains to attempt pottery. Most of us hadn’t ever done it before. I thought the walk up was the most interesting part, myself.

他に、僕達は陶芸をやるために山に行った。みんなはあまり作ったことがなかった。僕は旅行の散歩のことが一番好きだった。

Anyway, we did a lot of stuff I otherwise would have never done, so for that the class was pretty good.

とにかく、僕達はさまざまなそうでない場合に行わなかったことをやったからそのためにこの授業は面白かったと思う
